- Adjust frame extraction settings (frame rate, quality, format)
- Process videos entirely in your browser using FFmpeg.wasm
- Download extracted frames to your device
4.2 Client-Side Processing
All video processing occurs on your device using browser-based technology. This means:
- Your video files are not uploaded to our servers
- Processing speed depends on your device capabilities
- You need a modern web browser with WebAssembly support
- Large video files may require significant device resources
4.3 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service
- Impose limits on features and usage
- Introduce new features or requirements
- Update our technology and infrastructure
5. Acceptable Use Policy
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service responsibly and professionally.

- All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
- Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
7.3 Refunds and Cancellation

- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

- One-time purchases may not be refundable

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIDEO TO FRAMES AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
- Damages from any content processed through the Service
- Damages from interruption or cessation of the Service
- Damages from bugs, viruses, or harmful components
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Video to Frames and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your content or data processed through the Service
- Any fraud or illegal activity associated with your account
12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
12.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing a formal dispute, please contact us to attempt to resolve the issue informally. We commit to working with you in good faith to reach a resolution.
12.2 Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

16. Termination
